Born in a Small Town, With a Huge Heart, and One Big Dream to Capture Life’s Sweetest Moments
Hi there! I’m Majesta Lueck! Welcome to Impurrfect PawPrints. I’m so glad you’re here.
Our pets fill our lives with so much love, laughter, and light, but their time with us always feels too short. It’s easy to put off taking photos, and then one day, we realize we wish we had more… not just snapshots, but real images. The kind that show their quirks, their goofy expressions, their gentleness and most of all, how they’re just... them....totally real, totally special.
Be honest.. how many photos do you really have of your pet? How about you and your pet together? Not just blurry phone pictures, but something that truly captures your life right now?
That’s where I come in. My goal is to help you hold on to these moments through images that feel just like them and just like you. From the silly to the soulful, we’ll capture it all, so you’ll have something to hold onto even when their paws are no longer beside you.
"Let’s create something beautiful for the ones who mean the most"
10 Reasons to Hire a Pet Photographer
1. Because Pets Are Family.
They’re not “just animals” they’re our companions, our joy, our heartbeats. A professional session helps honor them as the loved ones they are.
2. Celebrate Every Chapter.
From their first tail wags to their gray-muzzled naps, every season of your pet’s life is worthy of remembrance. Let’s freeze those moments in time.
3. Preserve the Bond You Can’t Put Into Words.
You know that look your pet gives you the one that says everything without saying anything? That’s what I aim to capture.
4. Turn Fleeting Moments Into Forever Memories.
Our pets don’t stay little or with us forever. Beautiful images help you hold on to those snuggles, smiles, and silly quirks long after the moment has passed.
5. See Your Pet Through a New Lens.
Sometimes, it takes a photograph to truly see just how special your pet is the way they light up the world, one wag or whisker at a time.
6. Stress-Free Sessions Designed for Real Pets.
Your pet doesn’t have to be perfectly trained, sit still, or perform tricks. I work with their energy, not against it, to create a fun and relaxed experience.
7. You Deserve to Be in the Frame Too.
It’s not just about them it’s about you and them. The connection you share deserves to be documented, with both of you in the story.
8. Custom-Tailored to Fit Your Pet’s Personality.
Whether your pet is high-energy, shy, reactive, or cuddly, I meet them where they’re at always with patience, kindness, and care.
9. Because You’ll Never Regret Having the Photo.
Every single client says the same thing: “I’m so glad I did this.” The only regret is not doing it sooner.
10. These Photos Will Outlive Paw Prints.
Long after the toys are packed away and the leash is hung up, these images will tell their story and the love you shared, for years to come.
They cluck, they waddle, they steal hearts.
Its Not Just Cats and Dogs
Do you have a favorite chicken? A goat with a big personality? Maybe a horse who’s been your rock, or a cow who’s basically your oversized puppy.
Or maybe like most of us you love them all.
Whether they waddle, graze, gallop, or grunt, I’m here for it. I believe every animal deserves to be celebrated, no matter their size, shape, or species.
We love them fiercely so why stop short when it comes to photographing them?
Photos preserve more than appearances. They capture quirks, personalities, and the quiet (or not-so-quiet!) moments that make life on the farm so full of heart.
So yes include them all.
Let’s create something beautiful for the entire flock, herd, or muddy, messy, lovable crew you call family.

Feathers, fluff, and big farm energy.
When’s the Best Time for Photos?
The best light happens closest to sunrise or sunset that dreamy golden glow avoids harsh shadows and makes for stunning photos. Midday sun? Not so much.
Now, I get it weekends are convenient, but if you're up for it, weekday evenings are where the magic really happens. Parks are quieter, distractions are fewer, and your pet is more likely to feel at ease. Weekend evenings can also work, especially in summer when the sun sets later.
In the fall and winter, things get trickier with early sunsets (around 4:45–5pm). If possible, consider taking a little time off work to enjoy a peaceful session.
Whether your pet is reactive, energetic, or just easily distracted, we’ll choose the best time and location to make it a stress-free experience for everyone.
Lighting Options for Every Home
While natural light is wonderful and often my go-to, not every room or day gives us the brightness we’d like. In those cases, I can bring along my professional lighting setup to ensure your photos are just as beautiful and vibrant indoors.
Because some pets are extra curious (or a little cautious) around new objects, I always give them time to check things out before we begin. Whether that means a quick sniff, a tail wag, or just hanging out nearby, I’ll make sure they’re at ease before the lights are turned on. Comfort comes first the gorgeous photos naturally follow.
Whats Holding You Back?
“My pet won’t sit still or stay.”
No worries at all! Most pets I photograph are on a leash during their session especially since many of the local parks in Minnesota have leash laws, which I always follow for everyone’s safety. The good news? In many cases, I can remove leashes during the editing process so your final images still have that clean, natural look. While it might not be possible for every photo, I always do my best to keep the focus right where it belongs on your pet’s unique personality.
“My dog has big feelings about strangers.”
I get it. My own dog Beau is reactive, too. That experience has shaped how I work with anxious or shy pets. We’ll chat beforehand to tailor the session to your pet’s comfort level, and I have a telephoto lens that lets me capture beautiful moments from a distance when needed. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you want to discuss any special accommodations.
